SHIPPING, RETURN AND CANCELLATION

ISKCON E.A.S.Y currently accepts the following through its Online Payment Gateway Facility

• Donations for various charitable / religious purposes / festivals.
• Payments / Donations towards ISKCON Books/courses.

Please note donations / payments once made are non-refundable. Please Note: For all donations/payments made through the site, the acceptance of the same is at the sole discretion of the ISKCON E.A.S.Y management and its trustees.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ISKCON Hare Krishna Dham, Mainavati Marg, Sri Sri Radha Madhav Mandir, Bithur Road, Kanpur, Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 208001 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Of Purchased Books/Products

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• • What are the modes of refund available after cancellation or return?

For payment made by: Debit/Credit or any other Card- We will refund in the same bank account.

Cash on delivery or any other mode- An online transfer would be made using bank account details shared by the customer.

• In case of a refund, in how many days will the money be refunded? The money will be refunded according to the guidelines above in 14 working days.
• In how many days will the product be delivered in the product replacement process? The product will be replaced and delivered to you in 14 working days after your request for replacement of the product is approved.
• I have placed an order but due to some reason I need to cancel it. Can I do that? If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to User within 14 working days We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, it is pertinent to note that we have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not
